1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clean With Care Services' cleaning services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Clean With Care Services provides professional cleaning services including:

• Commercial office and workspace cleaning
• Deep cleaning services
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Eco-friendly cleaning options

3. Service Area and Availability

Our services are available in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to our scheduling capacity.

4. Booking and Scheduling

4.1 Service Requests

All service requests must be made through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment within 2 hours of receiving your request.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% of service fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee

4.3 Rescheduling

We offer one free rescheduling per booking when requested 24+ hours in advance.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and specific requirements.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers
• A 1.5% monthly service charge applies to overdue accounts

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure quality service delivery, clients must:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
• Inform us of any special requirements or concerns
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Provide accurate property information and access details

7. Our Guarantee

7.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you're not completely satisfied, we will return within 24 hours to address any concerns at no additional charge.

7.2 Quality Standards

All services are performed by trained, background-checked professionals using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products.

8. Insurance and Liability

8.1 Insurance Coverage

Clean With Care Services is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability and bonding insurance.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or furnishings
• Damage to items not properly secured by the client
• Loss of items not reported within 24 hours
• Damage caused by faulty or defective client equipment

9. Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff by:

• Using EPA-approved, eco-friendly cleaning products
• Following all health and safety protocols
• Maintaining current training and certifications
• Adhering to local health guidelines and regulations

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Ontario provincial law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

13. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. Existing bookings will honor the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Ontario.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
